- 1Melt butter.
- 2Crush pork rinds.
- 3Dip pork chops in melted butter.
- 4Roll in pork rinds.
- 5Spray glass baking dish with butter.
- 6Place pork chops in dish and add salt and pepper to taste.
- 7Bake at 375° F (190° C) for about 30-45 minutes.
- 8Note: also works well with chicken instead of pork chops.
