Directions

  1. 1Melt butter.
  2. 2Crush pork rinds.
  3. 3Dip pork chops in melted butter.
  4. 4Roll in pork rinds.
  5. 5Spray glass baking dish with butter.
  6. 6Place pork chops in dish and add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. 7Bake at 375° F (190° C) for about 30-45 minutes.
  8. 8Note: also works well with chicken instead of pork chops.
