Beef Tacos

Ingredients
- 1/3 oz sour cream, low fatNutrition
- 1/2 tsp garlic powderNutrition
- 1 dash saltNutrition
- 1 fl oz lemon juiceNutrition
- 1/4 cup cilantroNutrition
- 1 cup shredded romaine lettuceNutrition
- 1/2 cup chopped onionsNutrition
- 1 cup chopped or sliced tomatoesNutrition
- 2 medium corn tortillasNutrition
- 1 lb lean ground beefNutrition
- 1/2 slice cheddar cheese, low fatNutrition
Directions
- 1Mince onions and put in frying pan.
- 2Defrost lean ground beef and add with onions browning well.
- 3Add garlic powder and a dash of salt.
- 4Prepare the raw vegetable; dice tomatoes, shred romaine lettuce, shred cilantro, shred cheddar cheese.
- 5Cut lemons into 8 pieces and squeeze one piece on each taco for some zing.
- 6To prepare tortillas, spray them with cooking spray and spray pan then heat them up, a better alternative to oil frying.
- 7Note: you can use ground turkey instead of beef.
