Turkey Sausage & Vegetable Soup

A nice, one pot meal you can throw in the crock for 10 - 12 hours and eat for days or freeze for later.

  1. 1Slice the turkey kielbasa (or polish sausage) cross-ways, to may 1/4" oblong pieces. Brown each side in fry pan.
  2. 2Brown the turkey sausage, in pan, remove grease, if any.
  3. 3Add the meat, green beans, corn (optional), carrots, celery, onion, chicken stock, spices, Worcestershire sauce, and a dash of liquid smoke, (except for fresh cilantro, to be added before serving), and fill crock with water.
  4. 4Cook on low for about 10 hours, add seasonings to taste.
  5. 5Note: you can add other vegetables and have fun with it!
