- 1Melt butter in a microwave safe bowl for about 1 minute. Carefully remove from microwave.
- 2Add peanut butter and mix together.
- 3Once mixture is blended well, put back into microwave for another minute or until bubbles start forming (from boiling). Carefully remove from microwave and stir until smooth.
- 4Add vanilla extract, mix together mixture.
- 5Add powdered sugar and mix until well blended. If necessary, use your hands to knead like dough. Make sure powdered sugar isn't visible.
- 6Roll mixture into 3/4-1" balls and let sit until cooled and firm.
- 7Serve and enjoy.
