Cheesy Chicken Fajita Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheeseNutrition
- 1/2 tsp ground cuminNutrition
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepperNutrition
- 1/2 cup bbq sauceNutrition
- 12 leaves inner lettuceNutrition
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut in cubesNutrition
- 1 medium red onion, slicedNutrition
- 1 medium green pepper, sliced thick stripsNutrition
- 1 1/2 cups sliced yellow squash, thick slicesNutrition
Directions
- 1Spray large skillet with cooking spray. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- 2Add all remaining ingredients except lettuce and cheese. Cook 6-8 minutes until chicken and vegetables are tender.
- 3Top with cheese. Add mixture to empty lettuce leaves. Wrap.
- 4Add sour cream if desired.
