Directions

  1. 1Spray large skillet with cooking spray. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  2. 2Add all remaining ingredients except lettuce and cheese. Cook 6-8 minutes until chicken and vegetables are tender.
  3. 3Top with cheese. Add mixture to empty lettuce leaves. Wrap.
  4. 4Add sour cream if desired.
