Ingredients
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oilNutrition

- 354 g roasted garlic marinara sauceNutrition
- 16 oz mild Italian ground sausageNutrition
Directions
- 1Combine the meats, parmesan cheese, chia, and eggs in a bowl.
- 2Form into meatballs and sear in a hot pan with olive oil. Remove from pan.
- 3Stir in the tomato paste and heat until smooth, then add the marinara sauce and mix to combine. Next, toss in the Italian blend cheese and stir until melted.
- 4Add meatballs back to the pan and cover with mozzarella.
- 5Bake for 20-25 minutes at 400°F until golden and bubbly.
