Cheesy Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 1 tsp original seasoning blendNutrition
- 1 tsp mustardNutrition
- 2 lbs 93/7 lean ground beefNutrition
- 1/4 cup 1% fat milkNutrition
- 2 large eggs, beatenNutrition
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, dicedNutrition
- 1/2 tsp onion powderNutrition
- 1/4 tsp black pepperNutrition
- 1/4 cup ketchupNutrition
- 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbsNutrition
Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Grease an 8"x4" loaf pan.
- 2Combine eggs, milk, ketchup, bread crumbs, onion powder, mustard, salt and pepper. Add beef and cheese and mix well.
- 3Press mixture into prepared loaf pan. Bake 45 minutes. Take the meatloaf out of the oven and carefully drain off fat.
- 4Return to oven and continue to bake for 30 minutes. Take the meatloaf out of the oven and carefully drain off the fat.
- 5Return to the oven and cook for 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven and carefully drain off fat.
- 6Let sit for 15 minutes. Cut into 8 pieces and serve.
