  1. 1Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Grease an 8"x4" loaf pan.
  2. 2Combine eggs, milk, ketchup, bread crumbs, onion powder, mustard, salt and pepper. Add beef and cheese and mix well.
  3. 3Press mixture into prepared loaf pan. Bake 45 minutes. Take the meatloaf out of the oven and carefully drain off fat.
  4. 4Return to oven and continue to bake for 30 minutes. Take the meatloaf out of the oven and carefully drain off the fat.
  5. 5Return to the oven and cook for 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven and carefully drain off fat.
  6. 6Let sit for 15 minutes. Cut into 8 pieces and serve.
