Cheesy Egg Burrito

An easy to make, low calorie burrito that's great for a hearty brunch.

Directions

  1. 1In a sauce pan, sauté chopped vegetables and garlic in water (about 1/4 cup).
  2. 2Cook until tender, drain water from pan.
  3. 3Add eggs and add a dash of salt, pepper, chili powder and oregano to taste.
  4. 4Mix eggs, vegetables and spices until eggs are cooked. Remove from heat.
  5. 5Place egg mixture along the long side of lavash bread and top with cheese.
  6. 6Roll up, cut in half and each half is one serving. Enjoy.
  7. 7Note: you can also serve with salsa and sour cream.
