Hot & Spicy Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 1 tsp chili oilNutrition
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepperNutrition
- 1 tbsp corn starchNutrition
- 3 tbsp olive oilNutrition
- 2 large chicken breastsNutrition
- 1 oz vinegarNutrition
- 1 cup asparagusNutrition
- 1 carrotNutrition
- 4 stalks large celeryNutrition
- 3 cloves garlicNutrition
- 1 large onionNutrition
- 1 medium green pepperNutrition
- 1 cup slices water chestnutsNutrition
- 1 oz lemon juiceNutrition
- 1 large summer squashNutrition
- 1 medium red pepperNutrition
- 2 jalapenosNutrition
Directions
- 1Cut chicken into bite size pieces or thin slices.
- 2Sprinkle with corn starch, sea salt and pepper. Let sit for 10-15 minutes.
- 3Heat 1/2 of olive oil. Add chicken cook until done and golden. Remove from wok.
- 4Add remaining oil to wok; heat. Add garlic. vegetables and stir fry.
- 5Add lemon juice, vinegar liquid amino acids (better than soy sauce) and spices.
- 6Add dash of chili oil. Stir fry a few minutes.
- 7Return chicken to wok to reheat and until vegetables are done to liking.
- 8Serve alone or with yaki soba noodles or rice.
