  1. 1Cut squash in half and remove seeds. Scrape seeds, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. 2Roast squash at 375° F (200° C) until you can insert a knife without resistance, about 35 to 45 minutes.
  3. 3With a fork remove squash, should look like spaghetti.
  4. 4Plate, pour marinara sauce over squash and add parmesan. Enjoy.
