Ramen Shrimp Pouch

Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakesNutrition
- 1/2 tsp kosher saltNutrition
- 4 tsps sesame oilNutrition
- 1/4 cup vegetable brothNutrition
- 2 packages ramen noodlesNutrition
- 1/2 cup pieces or slices mushroomsNutrition
- 1/2 cup chopped onionNutrition
- 1/2 cup chopped scallionsNutrition
- 20 large shrimpNutrition
- 2 tbsps soy sauce, low sodiumNutrition
Directions
- 1Pre-heat oven to 400 °F (200 °C). Cut off four 18" pieces of aluminum foil.
- 2Divide ramen noodles evenly in center of each of the four aluminum foil.
- 3Stack the following ingredients on top of noodles, in this order: mushrooms, shrimp, onions, scallions, red pepper flakes and salt.
- 4Pull sides and corners of pouch up to form a small basket shape leaving an opening at the top to pour in liquid.
- 5In a small bowl, combine vegetable broth, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- 6Distribute liquid evenly among packs. Press foil together, leaving a small opening to allow steam escape.
- 7Place on cookie sheet and bake in oven for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
