Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz mozzarella cheese, part skimNutrition
- 3 oz cream cheese, fat freeNutrition
- 1/2 tsp garlic powderNutrition
- 1/2 tsp crushed pepper flakesNutrition
- 2/3 tsp seasoning saltNutrition
- 6 oz chicken breast meatNutrition
- 1/4 cup chicken brothNutrition
- 1/3 tbsp mayonnaise, reduced calorieNutrition
- 1 oz celeryNutrition
- 2 oz mushroomsNutrition
- 2 oz onionsNutrition
- 2 oz bell peppersNutrition
- 8 oz crescent rollNutrition
Directions
- 1Pre-heat oven to 350° F (175° C). Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Dice vegetables, mix with broth and sauté 4-5 minutes in medium sauce pan.
- 2While vegetables are cooking, dice chicken into cubes and place in bowl with cream cheese, mozzarella cheese and seasonings.
- 3When vegetables are softened, mix with chicken mixture.
- 4Separate crescent rolls into 4 rectangles. Add 1/4 mixture into each crescent. pull opposite ends together and spray tops with cooking spray. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until golden brown.
