Crab and Avocado Salad

Ingredients
- 2 oz mixed salad greensNutrition
- 1 can crabNutrition
- 1 dash pepperNutrition
- 1 tsp cayenne pepperNutrition
- 1 dash saltNutrition
- 1 tbsp lowfat yogurtNutrition
- 1/2 tbsp mayonnaiseNutrition
- 1 avocadoNutrition
- 1/2 limeNutrition
- 1/2 cup cilantroNutrition
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumberNutrition
- 1 tbsp chopped red onionNutrition
- 2 medium whole tomatoesNutrition
Directions
- 1Drain the tinned crab and place in a bowl.
- 2Chop up tomatoes, cucumber, cilantro and avocado and add to the bowl, and squeeze the lime into the mixture.
- 3Add the red onion, yogurt and mayonnaise, and the cayenne, salt and pepper and mix it all together.
- 4Serve with the salad leaves. You could top with some pine nuts if you're feeling artistic.
- 5Note: based on a recipe from the South Beach diet.
