  1. 1Cook chicken and shred.
  2. 2Heat oil in pan and add chopped onion, lime juice, garlic, chili powder and cumin and chicken. Cook 2 minutes.
  3. 3Add broth, salsa and corn. Stir. Cover and boil. Reduce heat to medium-high and continue to cook for 8-10 minutes.
  4. 4Serve topped with cheese, avocado and tortilla chips.
