Directions

  1. 1Sauté chopped onion and minced garlic with oil until onions are soft and golden brown.
  2. 2Add ground beef. Cook throughout.
  3. 3Add chopped green peppers and chopped and seeded jalapeno pepper. Cook until soft.
  4. 4Add corn (already boiled and off the ear).
  5. 5Add crushed and stewed tomatoes and water. Add beans. Bring to boil.
  6. 6Add seasonings, add and subtract based on personal preference.
  7. 7Serve with sour cream, cheddar cheese, and/or chopped white onions.
