  1. 1Heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
  2. 2Beat oil, milk, egg whites and peanut butter with whisk until well blended. Stir in bananas.
  3. 3Mix remaining ingredients. Add to banana mixture; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
  4. 4Pour into greased and floured 9x5" loaf pan.
  5. 5Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. (Do not over bake.)
  6. 6Cool bread in pan 5 minutes; remove from pan to wire rack. Cool completely.
