- 1Heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
- 2Beat oil, milk, egg whites and peanut butter with whisk until well blended. Stir in bananas.
- 3Mix remaining ingredients. Add to banana mixture; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
- 4Pour into greased and floured 9x5" loaf pan.
- 5Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. (Do not over bake.)
- 6Cool bread in pan 5 minutes; remove from pan to wire rack. Cool completely.
