Oatmeal Pizza
You make the "shell" out of oatmeal. It's almost like real pizza.

Directions
- 1Grind regular or quick oats in food processor - you can add salt or spice to this if you like.
- 2Mix ground oats, egg white and water enough to make a pancake like batter - but not real thin!
- 3Spray a non-stick fry pan or I use a round cast iron griddle with cooking spray.
- 4Spread batter into a circle. Flip once.
- 5Preheat oven to 400°F.
- 6Put "pizza shell" on a baking sheet and top with any of your favorite toppings allowed by your diet.
- 7Bake 10 - 15 minutes or until bubbly.
- 8Cut with pizza cutter and WAA-LAA!!! Almost real pizza.
