Grilled Hearts of Romaine

Ingredients
Directions
- 1Mix together oil, lemon juice, and finely minced garlic clove.
- 2Cut hearts of romaine in half lengthwise and bruish with marinade mixture. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- 3Refrigerate until just before grilling.
- 4Grill just a couple of minutes until leaves start to wilt. Then turn over and grill a few more minutes.
- 5Dust with the grated cheese and enjoy. Skip the cheese if you are in stage one, the detox mode.
