Directions

  1. 1Mix together oil, lemon juice, and finely minced garlic clove.
  2. 2Cut hearts of romaine in half lengthwise and bruish with marinade mixture. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. 3Refrigerate until just before grilling.
  4. 4Grill just a couple of minutes until leaves start to wilt. Then turn over and grill a few more minutes.
  5. 5Dust with the grated cheese and enjoy. Skip the cheese if you are in stage one, the detox mode.
