  1. 1Blend all ingredients in a food processor.
  2. 2Add water to reach the consistency you like. It depends on how juicy the tomatoes are, usually about a cup of water.
  3. 3Chill to let the flavors blend. It's even better the next day.
  4. 4Note: if you are feeling fancy serve with chopped up coriander, spring onions and/or croutons.
