  1. 1Chop tomatoes and onion.
  2. 2Slice basil. Mince garlic (1 or 2 cloves depends on the strength you like).
  3. 3Toss in white balsamic vinegar and salt and pepper to taste.
  4. 4Olive oil is optional, if you would like to add the fat. Enjoy!
  5. 5Note: as an indulgence you can add 1 or 2 shaves reggiano parmesan cheese.
