Italian Salsa
A yummy, low calorie way to enjoy summer tomatoes.

Ingredients
- 1 tsp minced garlicNutrition
- 1 tbsp white balsamic vinegarNutrition
- 2 basil leaves, rolled up and slicedNutrition
- 1 dash saltNutrition
- 1 tbsp olive oilNutrition
- 1 dash white pepperNutrition
- 1/2 cup chopped red onionNutrition
- 1 cup chopped or sliced red tomatoNutrition
- 1 cup chopped yellow cherry tomatoNutrition
- 1 cup chopped orange tomatoNutrition
Directions
- 1Chop tomatoes and onion.
- 2Slice basil. Mince garlic (1 or 2 cloves depends on the strength you like).
- 3Toss in white balsamic vinegar and salt and pepper to taste.
- 4Olive oil is optional, if you would like to add the fat. Enjoy!
- 5Note: as an indulgence you can add 1 or 2 shaves reggiano parmesan cheese.
