Sirloin Steak Stew with Mushrooms

Directions

  1. 1Heat oil in dutch oven.
  2. 2Add mushrooms. cook until the mushrooms release their moisture.
  3. 3Sprinkle flour onto steak, toss to coat. Remove mushrooms from pot, set aside.
  4. 4Add steak. Brown for 3 minutes, still pink in the middle.
  5. 5Add wine, cook for 3 minutes.
  6. 6Add all other ingredients.
  7. 7Cook until reduced by 1/4 or about 30 minutes.
