- 1Heat oil in dutch oven.
- 2Add mushrooms. cook until the mushrooms release their moisture.
- 3Sprinkle flour onto steak, toss to coat. Remove mushrooms from pot, set aside.
- 4Add steak. Brown for 3 minutes, still pink in the middle.
- 5Add wine, cook for 3 minutes.
- 6Add all other ingredients.
- 7Cook until reduced by 1/4 or about 30 minutes.
