Spicy Mexican Burger

A yummy take for a Mexican dinner.

Directions

  1. 1Put all ingredients in a large bowl except for cheese and sour cream.
  2. 2Mix together well.
  3. 3Form into patties, should make four (size to preference).
  4. 4Put in to lightly greased frying pan. Cook at medium heat turning once half way through cooking. Cook till done to your liking.
  5. 5When burgers are almost done, put cheese on top and cover until melted. Remove from heat and serve with a dollop of sour cream.
  6. 6Note: a great meal when served with Mexican Jumping Beans!
