Spicy Mexican Burger
A yummy take for a Mexican dinner.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheeseNutrition
- 2 oz fat free sour creamNutrition
- 2 1/2 tbsps chili powderNutrition
- 1/2 tsp cuminNutrition
- 2 tsps garlic powderNutrition
- 2 tsps onion powderNutrition
- 1 1/2 tsps pepperNutrition
- 1/2 cup cilantroNutrition
- 2 cloves garlicNutrition
- 1/2 cup chopped onionNutrition
- 1 1/2 jalapeno peppersNutrition
- 1 lb ground sirloinNutrition
Directions
- 1Put all ingredients in a large bowl except for cheese and sour cream.
- 2Mix together well.
- 3Form into patties, should make four (size to preference).
- 4Put in to lightly greased frying pan. Cook at medium heat turning once half way through cooking. Cook till done to your liking.
- 5When burgers are almost done, put cheese on top and cover until melted. Remove from heat and serve with a dollop of sour cream.
- 6Note: a great meal when served with Mexican Jumping Beans!
