- 1Prepare brown rice.
- 2Mix brown rice, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese and green beans together.
- 3Season with garlic salt, pepper and onion salt to taste.
- 4Turn into greased casserole dish (using cooking spray) and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
- 5Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 30-40 minutes, or until top is brown.
