  1. 1Prepare brown rice.
  2. 2Mix brown rice, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese and green beans together.
  3. 3Season with garlic salt, pepper and onion salt to taste.
  4. 4Turn into greased casserole dish (using cooking spray) and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
  5. 5Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 30-40 minutes, or until top is brown.
