Ingredients
- 1 tsp adobo all purpose seasoningNutrition

Directions
- 1Chop onion and garlic. Sauté in pot with olive oil.
- 2Add rice, tomato paste, and seasonings.
- 3Add water and stir until tomato paste is dissolved. Bring to boil.
- 4Reduce temperature and simmer while covered. Stir occasionally until liquid is absorbed.
