  1. 1Bring 2 1/2 cups of water to a boil, add in a pinch of salt to taste.
  2. 2Chop all vegetables into chunks, wash and place them into the pot.
  3. 3Boil the vegetables till they become tender and can easily be poked with a fork.
  4. 4Place half a cup of water onto a blender and add your cooked vegetables then blend on a medium speed until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. 5Serve and enjoy.
