- 1Combine water and polenta and butter in casserole dish
- 2Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 40 minutes.
- 3Stir in jarlsberg cheese and return to oven for 10 minutes.
- 4Top with parmesan, if desired - it's good without it, too!
