  1. 1Combine water and polenta and butter in casserole dish
  2. 2Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 40 minutes.
  3. 3Stir in jarlsberg cheese and return to oven for 10 minutes.
  4. 4Top with parmesan, if desired - it's good without it, too!
