Oatmeal Banana Cookies
With very little oil, these cookies are moist, delicious and very filling.

- 1Mash bananas, add other ingredients, stir well. (Chopped nuts can be added if desired).
- 2Drop about 3 tablespoons of mixture on cookie sheet treated with a light spray of cooking spray like Pam or covered with parchment paper.
- 3Flatten with back of spoon to make patty approximately 1/2" thick.
- 4Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for about 13-16 minutes, until cookies start to brown.
- 5Carefully remove from pan with spatula and let cool on paper towel.
- 6After cool, you can wrap in cling film and freeze.
