Ingredients
- 2 tbsps yogurt spreadNutrition
- 1 1/2 cups cornNutrition
- 2 cups cooked, diced chicken breastNutrition
- 3 cups milkNutrition
- 1/4 tsp red or cayenne pepperNutrition
- 1/4 tsp leaves thymeNutrition
- 1/4 cup chopped celeryNutrition
- 1/4 cup chopped onionNutrition
- 1 can canned cream cornNutrition

- 2 tbsps flourNutrition

Directions
- 1Melt the spread in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.
- 2Add onion, celery, and jalapeno; cook for 3 minutes or until tender, stirring frequently.
- 3Add flour; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- 4Stir in milk and remaining ingredients.
- 5Bring to a boil; cook until thick (about 5 minutes).
