- 1Empty frozen cauliflower into boiling pot. Allow cauliflower to boil for 30 minutes.
- 2As it boils, add all ingredients except sour cream to large bowl.
- 3Once cauliflower is finished boiling, drain as much as possible and transfer to bowl, right on top of the other ingredients.
- 4Fork mash cauliflower thoroughly until it has a texture of mashed potatoes.
- 5Lastly, add sour cream which will also help cool it off so you can get started!
