  1. 1Empty frozen cauliflower into boiling pot. Allow cauliflower to boil for 30 minutes.
  2. 2As it boils, add all ingredients except sour cream to large bowl.
  3. 3Once cauliflower is finished boiling, drain as much as possible and transfer to bowl, right on top of the other ingredients.
  4. 4Fork mash cauliflower thoroughly until it has a texture of mashed potatoes.
  5. 5Lastly, add sour cream which will also help cool it off so you can get started!
