Great substitute for real cheesecake for South Beach dieters.

  1. 1Allow cream cheese to soften.
  2. 2Mix on medium speed until light and fluffy.
  3. 3Add vanilla flavoring and Splenda to cream cheese and mix at medium speed until well blended.
  4. 4Pour into pie plate and freeze. You can make this into mini cheesecakes by using small ziplock containers and freezing them.
  5. 5You can either eat this frozen or allow to thaw.
  6. 6Delicious!
