- 1Soften cream cheese.
- 2Scramble eggs and add cream cheese. Mix with hand blender.
- 3Add all other ingredients except butter and mix well.
- 4Heat skillet, melt butter. Pour egg mixture in pan.
- 5You can try to make it like a pancake or crepe but mine end up similar to scrambled eggs. Cook until starts to brown.
- 6Note: recipe is good as is, or with sugar free syrup, or sprinkled with cinnamon or nutmeg.
