Directions
- 1Place 1 to 2" of water in the bottom of a pan with a steaming basket.
- 2Bring water to a boil and steam cauliflower untill tender.
- 3Remove cauliflower from stove and place in a food processor and add pulse until crumbly looking.
- 4Stir in a tablespoon of butter and use like you would rice.
