  2. 2Add egg whites and cook until slightly set.
  3. 3Add turkey meat, cheese and olives.
  4. 4Fold and turn and heat until cooked.
  5. 5Serve with applesauce.
  6. 6Note: instead of the olives you can use 2 crushed macadamia nuts.
