Directions

  1. 1Heat water to 158°F.
  2. 2Whisk together ground golden flaxseed flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. 3Add hot water. Mix with a fork for 30 seconds until well combined. Kneed with hands about 3 times.
  4. 4Shape into a disk and smooth the top.
  5. 5Bake on a silicone mat lined with parchment paper for 1 hour in preheated oven at 355°F.
  6. 6Place on a wire rack to cool. Once cooled, enjoy.
