Cinnamon Raisin Roll-Ups
A recipe I found in a kids cook book and made for my daughter, and ended up liking it for lunch.

Directions
- 1Combine cream cheese, carrot, raisins, honey and cinnamon in small bowl; mix well.
- 2Spread tortillas evenly with cream cheese mixture, leaving 1/2" border around edge of each tortilla.
- 3Place 2 apple wedges down center of each tortilla; roll up.
- 4Wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
