- 1Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
- 2In a large bowl, stir together the corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream, and melted butter.
- 3Pour into a greased 9x13" casserole dish.
- 4Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
- 5Remove from oven and top with cheddar.
- 6Return to oven for 5 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
- 7Let stand for at least 5 minutes and then serve warm.
