Directions
- 1Brown and crumble ground turkey in medium to large skillet until no pink is showing.
- 2Add taco seasoning; blend with meat.
- 3Continue cooking meat for an additional 3 minutes, stirring regularly.
- 4Add water and rice; cover and simmer until water has boiled away, approximately 15 minutes.
- 5Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over top of rice mixture. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
- 6Cut mixture into 8 servings. Enjoy!
