Taco rice made with ground turkey and cheese.

  1. 1Brown and crumble ground turkey in medium to large skillet until no pink is showing.
  2. 2Add taco seasoning; blend with meat.
  3. 3Continue cooking meat for an additional 3 minutes, stirring regularly.
  4. 4Add water and rice; cover and simmer until water has boiled away, approximately 15 minutes.
  5. 5Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over top of rice mixture. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
  6. 6Cut mixture into 8 servings. Enjoy!
