- 1Soften butter.
- 2Mix softened butter, garlic (minced), and parmesan cheese. Mix completely with a rubber spatula.
- 3Combine in a measuring cup or separate bowl your spices and herbs (garlic powder, basil, oregano, paprika, sea salt, thyme, and black pepper).
- 4Dump spices into butter mix and blend until smooth.
- 5Mold butter into a log shape and place onto plastic wrap or sheet of wax paper. Log should be about 10 inches long.
- 6Place log into fridge or freezer to harden.
- 7Note: can be stored in fridge or freezer. Give your food that melt in your mouth flavor!
