- 1Heat honey, soy sauce and garlic in pan until boiling; do no boil for long, as sauce will spill over.
- 2Place meat, like chicken in baking pan with sauce and marinate in refrigerator for a few hours or overnight.
- 3Bake covered for 1 hour at 375 °F (190 °C) and turn the meat over after 30 minutes.
- 4Remove foil cover and back for another 15 minutes.
- 5Then take meat out of the sauce and bake for 10 minutes on rack.
- 6Turn and cook for 10 minutes.
