Spicy Asian Beef & Peas

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup coconut milkNutrition
- 1/2 tsp cinnamonNutrition
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepperNutrition
- 1 tsp sea saltNutrition
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegarNutrition
- 1 tbsp sesame seed oilNutrition
- 1/2 cup low sodium brothNutrition
- 1/2 cup mung bean sproutsNutrition
- 2 sprigs parsley or corianderNutrition
- 1/2 cup frozen green peasNutrition
- 1 large sweet pepperNutrition
- 220 g lean beefNutrition
Directions
- 1Slice beef in long strips. Put meat in a bowl, add apple vinegar and half tablespoon of oil.
- 2Let marinate a while in a fridge (if in a hurry, give the beef at least 10 minutes, while you're preparing the other ingredients).
- 3Cut pepper in strips.
- 4Heat oil in a saucepan. Fry meat all over.
- 5Add pepper and fry one more minute.
- 6Add broth (or water if you don't want to use broth). Braise until pepper is softer, but still firm.
- 7Add green peas and mung bean sprouts. Let cook until peas unfreeze.
