Roasted Tomato Canoes

Directions

  1. 1Cut tomatoes in half and de-seed them.
  2. 2Place them on paper towel for about 5 minutes to dry them some.
  3. 3Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
  4. 4Marinate tomatoes in olive oil, minced garlic, sea salt and pepper for 10 minutes.
  5. 5Mix cheese and breadcrumbs.
  6. 6Spoon mixture in the tomatoes.
  7. 7Bake for 30 minutes.
