Directions
- 1Cut tomatoes in half and de-seed them.
- 2Place them on paper towel for about 5 minutes to dry them some.
- 3Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
- 4Marinate tomatoes in olive oil, minced garlic, sea salt and pepper for 10 minutes.
- 5Mix cheese and breadcrumbs.
- 6Spoon mixture in the tomatoes.
- 7Bake for 30 minutes.
