Ingredients
Directions
- 1Brown lean ground beef with onions, peppers and garlic.
- 2Add tomatoes and paste and cook to make sauce.
- 3Cut up cabbage and rinse, do not cook.
- 4Layer ingredients, cabbage and then sauce, finishing with sauce.
- 5Cover with foil and bake at 350° F (175° C) for 1 hour.
- 6Note: you can use ground turkey for less calories/points.
