Directions

  1. 1Brown lean ground beef with onions, peppers and garlic.
  2. 2Add tomatoes and paste and cook to make sauce.
  3. 3Cut up cabbage and rinse, do not cook.
  4. 4Layer ingredients, cabbage and then sauce, finishing with sauce.
  5. 5Cover with foil and bake at 350° F (175° C) for 1 hour.
  6. 6Note: you can use ground turkey for less calories/points.
