- 1Thinly slice onion and cabbage.
- 2Put everything into pot to boil until chicken is cooked through, about 10 minutes.
- 3Cube or shred chicken into bite sized pieces. Return to pot.
- 4Serve with a sprinkle of paprika.
- 5Note: this can be eaten plain or over brown rice.
