  1. 1Mash bananas.
  2. 2Pulse bananas, eggs, vanilla and oil in food processor.
  3. 3Pulse in almond flour, salt and soda (make sure it has a thick but moist consistency, not runny or dry).
  4. 4Scoop batter into greased loaf pan.
  5. 5Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 50-60 minutes.
  6. 6Remove from oven and cool.
  7. 7Serve with butter.
