Directions
- 1Mash bananas.
- 2Pulse bananas, eggs, vanilla and oil in food processor.
- 3Pulse in almond flour, salt and soda (make sure it has a thick but moist consistency, not runny or dry).
- 4Scoop batter into greased loaf pan.
- 5Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 50-60 minutes.
- 6Remove from oven and cool.
- 7Serve with butter.
