  1. 1Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).
  2. 2Cut off both ends of sweet potato and peel. Cut into 1/2" (or less) sticks.
  3. 3Put sticks into bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Toss until all sticks are covered.
  4. 4Spray a cookie sheet with no-stick cooking spray, and arrange sweet potato sticks in a single layer.
  5. 5Bake for 30 minutes, turning once, or until desired crispness is achieved.
