A light chili that will nevertheless fill you up with the tastiness of tacos but with way less fat.

Directions
- 1Heat oil, cook onion and garlic for five minutes.
- 2Add turkey and spices, then cook another five minutes until turkey is no longer pink.
- 3Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
- 4Reduce heat, simmer uncovered 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 5Note: this is a pretty mild recipe even when using hot salsa, so to make it a little more "oomphy" I'd recommend about a teaspoon of cayenne pepper.
