Directions
- 1Sauté onions and mushrooms in canola oil.
- 2Blend eggs and milk.
- 3Mix in cheese, crumbled bacon, onions and mushrooms. Pour in casserole dish.
- 4Bake in pre-heated oven at 350 °F (175 °C) for 30 minutes or until done. You may have to stir casserole half way through cooking time.
