- 1Preheat oven to 400°F.
- 2Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- 3Place cream cheese and shredded mozzarella in a microwave bowl and melt one minute at a time. Check in between and do not cook for too long.
- 4Mix melted cheese into dry mixture.
- 5Add eggs and combine thoroughly.
- 6Put the dough in a non-stick surface. Cut into 8 pieces and form rolls.
- 7Place onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper and cook for 20 minutes.
