  1. 1Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. 2Mix dry ingredients in a bowl then add the liquid ones. Combine with spatula or spoon.
  3. 3Knead the dough for 2 minutes. Let sit for 10 minutes to let the fiber fully absorb the liquid.
  4. 4Shape into 12 rolls, garnish as desired, and place on a baking sheet.
  5. 5Bake for 30 minutes at the very bottom of the oven, then another 15 minutes at the top shelf.
