Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1Melt butter and mix in stevia. Bring to a boil and pull off heat.
  2. 2Stir in vanilla and salt.
  3. 3Stir in almonds and peanuts.
  4. 4Spread out on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Let sit and cool for 20 minutes.
  5. 5Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil. Stir until smooth.
  6. 6Add nuts back in and stir until well mixed.
  7. 7Spread back on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
  8. 8Break apart into 12 pieces.
